Do I need the app?

No, you don't need the Farro app to be a Friends of Farro member.

However, the app is the easiest way to view your points balance, track rewards, access personalised offers, and scan your membership card at checkout. You can also add your digital membership card to your phone's wallet for quick access.

If you prefer not to use the app, simply provide your registered mobile number in-store or sign in to your online account to enjoy Friends of Farro benefits.
