Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
While we recommend that you are home to receive your order, our delivery drivers will do their best to find a safe place to leave it. If you know that you are not going to be home for delivery then please leave detailed instructions with your order the best location to leave your order.
Are there delivery boundaries?
Yes. We are offering this service to our Auckland-based customers. You can enter your post code on our website to find out whether or not you live within the delivery boundary.
How do I know my order has been received and confirmed?

What are your shipping costs?
For our online shopping we charge a standardised delivery fee of $15.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
We do not currently offer click & collect. We do offer contactless delivery, to find out whether we deliver to your area, please enter your post code in the 'do we deliver' search bar on our online shop.
How do I make a change to my order?
If you would like to add to your order or make any changes then please contact us via our contact form or phone on 09 360 0499. Please note, we are unable to make any changes to your order on the day or day before it is scheduled for delivery.
