Do I need to be home when my foodkit is delivered?
No, but if you're not going to be home at the time of delivery please provide notes of where we can leave your foodkit, and aim to retrieve it as soon as possible. Although your kit is packed with ice packs, we don't recommend leaving it out in the summer sun for too long! For security reasons, if you live in an apartment or a gated complex we recommend that you're home at the time of delivery. Farro is unable to accept responsibility for kits left unattended.
