      • What allergens do the turkey roasts contain?

         Traces of soy, dairy and gluten in all turkey roasts (there's no gluten in the Turkey Roast Blood Orange & Cranberry, but please note it is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten). Canter Valley turkeys are Gluten Free.

        Yes most of our turkeys are frozen and depending on the turkey size will take 2 - 3 days to defrost. Fresh turkeys are available to purchase from 17 December onwards till Christmas eve

        You can pick up your pre-ordered turkey and pay for it at any of our 6 stores. Just head to the butchery department and give them your name then head to the checkout to make payment.
      • Is a deposit required with my pre-order ham or turkey?

        Yes a $5.00 deposit per pre-order product is required. This deposit processed online when you pre-order your ham or turkey. The deposit is deducted when pre-order products are collected and paid for on chosen pick up date.
      • How long does ham last in the fridge?

        If stored correctly, cooked and cured ham can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
