I have a question about a recent transaction, who do I contact?

If you have a question about a recent transaction, please get in touch with our Customer Care team through the contact form and we’ll be happy to help.

To help us locate the transaction as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A copy or photo of your receipt, if you still have it
  • Your Friends of Farro membership details or the phone number linked to your account, if applicable
  • If you don’t have the receipt, please provide:
    • The date of the transaction
    • The transaction amount
    • The store location where the purchase was made
