What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, and Farro Gift Cards for orders placed through our website.
Payments processed via our Windcave payment gateway will appear on your card statement as “Farro Fresh Ltd”. Payments made via Afterpay will appear as “Farro Online – Online – NZ”.
Please note, we are currently aware of an issue affecting some BNZ cards during checkout. If you experience any trouble completing your payment with a BNZ card, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@farro.co.nz and we’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue
