When will my payment be processed?
Your payment is processed after your order has been picked and packed on the day of delivery dispatch or collection.
Because some items are sold by weight and product availability can change, the final amount charged may differ from the estimated total shown when you place your order. This can occur if:
- Weighted items are slightly more or less than the estimated weight
- Items are out of stock and removed from your order
- Approved substitutions are made during picking
You'll only be charged for the items that are supplied in your final order.
