How do I cancel an online order?
If you would like to cancel an online order, please contact our Customer Care Team via email (hello@farro.co.nz). Cancellations must be requested 24 hours prior to selected delivery time. Please note: payment for your order will be cancelled.
How do I send an online order as a gift?
Simply select add new address at the checkout page and press the red confirm address button. This will send the online order to the new address. You can also add a gift note to this order.

Who picks my Online Order?
We have a small team of Online shoppers who will pick your orders carefully and to the best of their ability. These shoppers are responsible for orders being picked, substitutions, packaging, and organising delivery for all orders.

How do I know my order has been received and confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed. This will include your FOL reference number for your order.
