How do I make a change to my online order?

You can edit the items in your order up until the order cut-off time shown in your account. For step-by-step instructions, please visit: https://www.farro.co.nz/content/how-to-edit

Please note that only products can be edited, added or removed. Delivery details, recipient information, and delivery windows cannot currently be changed once an order has been placed.

If you need to make changes to anything delivery-related, we recommend cancelling the order and placing a new one. No payment is taken at the time of ordering, so cancelling your order does not require a refund. Any temporary validated amount approved on your card will simply be released by your bank after cancellation.

If your order is close to the cut-off time and you require urgent assistance, please email hello@farro.co.nz or phone 09 036 0499.
While we will do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once the cut-off has passed.
