Why are Farro prices on Uber Eats different from in-store?
Prices on Uber Eats may differ from our in-store and Farro online prices. This helps cover the costs of offering delivery through the Uber Eats platform.
Can I make changes to my Uber Eats order after it's been placed?
Please use the Uber Eats app to request any changes or cancellations. Changes are subject to Uber Eats' policies and the stage of your order.
Can I use Friends of Farro vouchers or discounts on Uber Eats?
No. Friends of Farro rewards, vouchers and promotional offers are only available on purchases made directly with Farro and cannot be redeemed through Uber Eats.
Can I earn Friends of Farro rewards on Uber Eats orders?
No. Purchases made through Uber Eats are not currently eligible for Friends of Farro rewards or loyalty benefits.

Can Farro refund my Uber Eats order?
No. As your purchase was made through the Uber Eats platform, Farro is unable to process refunds or credits. Any refund requests must be submitted through the Uber Eats app.
I received the wrong item or a product wasn't up to standard. Who can help?
If you've received an incorrect item or have concerns about product quality, please contact Uber Eats Customer Support through the app. They are responsible for resolving issues relating to Uber Eats orders.
My order is missing an item. What should I do?
Please report any missing items directly through the Uber Eats app. Uber Eats will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or credit.
Can I order Farro through Uber Eats?
Yes! A selection of Farro products is available to order through the Uber Eats app for delivery to eligible areas. We are rolling it out one store at a time, and should be available from all Farro stores by the end of August 2026.
