What do I do if I don't have my card number or pin?
If you are trying to log in to your Friends of Farro account but have forgotten your card number or pin, you can contact our Customer Care Team at hello@farro.co.nz. They will be able to tell you your card number and password for your log in.

How can I join the Friends of Farro loyalty programme?
Collect a green Friends of Farro card from the checkout team at any of our 6 stores. Visit https://www.farro.co.nz/corporate/friends-of-farro to register your details using the card number.
I forgot to scan my Friends of Farro card, can I claim the points from my purchase?
Yes, provided that you are claiming the points the same month of the transaction. Please contact us with the transaction details (date, store and exact dollar amount) and we will load the points on your account.
I have lost my Friends of Farro card, what do I do?
You no longer need to present a physical Friends of Farro card to collect your points for your purchase. If you have lost your Friends of Farro card, simply let the checkout team know your mobile number attached to the card.
